Q: How do I place an order?
A: Visit the "Cookie Orders" page and submit a Order Request Form. We take orders on a first come/first served basis and we reserve the right to refuse orders if we are booked for that time frame. Please leave as much detail as possible in the details section in regards to what you are looking for. We will get back to you within 2 business days.

Q: What are the ingredients used in your cookies?
A: Butter, sugar, egg, baking powder, milk, salt, flour, flavoring, powdered sugar, meringue powder, corn syrup, water, food coloring.

Q: How much notice do I need for ordering cookies?
A: The more notice the better, as we take orders on a first come/first served basis. The minimal amount of time required prior to picking up an order is one week.

Q: Can I place an order if I do not know my theme yet?
A: Yes! You can reserve your quantity and date and get back to us about the theme. We ask that you have your theme to us at least one week before your event.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We allow cancellations up to 5 days before your order is due. Once your event is 5 days away, we have started making your cookies, and you will be held responsible for the full cost of the order.

Q: Can you ship your cookies?
A: No, there are FDA regulations on shipping foods in Louisiana.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: No, you will need to pick up your cookies at the predetermined time.

Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due upon pickup of your order.

Q: Can I freeze your cookies?
A: Yes! We recommend freezing them in their heat-sealed packaging or in a Tupperware with a lid. When you are ready to enjoy, leave them in their container or packaging to come to room temperature and enjoy. Removing the packaging or lid can cause condensation which will ruin the icing. We recommend this option if we are not available the week of your event. While fresh cookies are ideal, this is a good option if that is not possible.
